Option to limit the times a tip option can be purchased per stream

can you only handle three beers? want to make sure your cats don't get 40 treats in a single stream?
being able to add a limit that appears as "X tips left" to a tip option(maybe just under it in a slightly smaller font) would allow you to set the limit for just how many times one action gets taken.

This has a variety of uses for both gimmick options and typical ones.
maybe the game has 3 nameable characters? add a tip option to "add my name to the game" and set the limit to 3.
want to get spanked exactly 69 times? now you can't ever get tipped for the meme-ending 70.
